Your home and belongings are treated with the utmost care. This policy explains how we handle valuables and breakages.
Our cleaners are vetted, trained and fully insured. We treat every home and everything in it with respect and care.
For high-value, fragile or sentimental items, we ask that you let us know in advance or secure them, so we can clean around them safely.
Accidents are rare, but if something is damaged during a clean we will tell you straight away. As a fully insured company, genuine accidental damage is covered. Please report any breakage within 24 hours so we can resolve it quickly and fairly.
Please store cash, jewellery and irreplaceable items securely. We will never move or handle such items unless specifically asked to.
